A recent opinion post featured on the Source Newspaper site reads as follows:
Mayor can’t have it both ways
There is a growing support for the appointed Mayor Taylor to step down from his position of Republican party precinct delegate for several reasons. He has posted on his social media that he is neither Republican nor Democrat and obviously does not support any Republican party platform and again he should step down and/or be censored. Can’t have it both ways.

This seems to be a very valid statement. You decide!
It is interesting to note that just a few short years ago, Mr. Taylor was actively pandering (apparently) to local Republican groups and soliciting their support. Perhaps those individuals will rethink their support this election cycle.
